The inaugural Shimano Service Centre Championships has taken place and it was a great success. After a nationwide search, 20 finalists descended on the Shimano Technical Centre to battle it out for the title of 'best Shimano bike mechanic in the country'.
Our finalists were set three separate challenges and were marked on their performance over the course of the day before a quick-fire buzzer round. The standard was incredibly high throughout and all competing mechanics performed brilliantly. The Championships really are a celebration of the talent and knowledge that exists within the network.
