Maxxis is broadening the scope of modern mountain bike performance with two key additions to its lineup: the all-new Aspen AT cross-country tyre, and a forward-looking family of 32-inch mountain bike tyres. Together, these launches reflect Maxxis’ continued focus on evolving rider needs, from today’s increasingly demanding XC racecourses to the exploration of entirely new performance boundaries in wheel and tyre design.
The Aspen AT builds on the legacy of the Aspen family, long trusted at the highest levels of cross-country racing. Designed to carry Aspen’s signature speed into rougher and more variable terrain, the Aspen AT introduces an updated tread profile that improves control and confidence without sacrificing its racing pedigree. Positioned between pure race tyres and more aggressive trail options, the Aspen AT is aimed at riders who want one tyre that can handle more of what modern XC demands. At the same time, Maxxis is looking further ahead with the introduction of its family of 32” MTB tyres. By increasing overall wheel diameter, the new platform delivers measurable gains in rollover capability, traction, and high-speed stability, particularly in rough terrain. While not intended to replace existing wheel sizes, 32” tyres offer a new option for riders and builders interested in maximizing momentum, smoothing trail feedback, and unlocking new riding possibilities.
Available at launch in Aspen ST, Aspen, and Aspen AT tread patterns, with Forekaster and Dissector available in Q3.
