EX 511, XM 481 and XR 391 have all been upgraded! Featuring premium aluminium
alloy and a high-strength, welded rim connection. A wide horn to reduce tyre
damage and improve impact resistance and a tyre contact surface with a hump for
improved support all contributing to a stronger, more durable rim.
All new 1700rims now feature asymmetrical rim profiles
allowing for more even spoke tension, making the wheel more durable. No matter
whether you prefer Cross Country, All Mountain or Enduro riding, each rim
category has specific construction characteristics.
EX 441
Taking the unplanned lines means ensuring your rim is ready.
Thanks to its asymmetrical shape for more equal spoke tension, its wider rim
horns for improved impact resistance and its optimised construction for
stability, the EX 441 is up to the task.
Available in different sizes with 28 or 32 spoke holes.
XM 431
The perfect rim for your next exploration adventure in the
mountains. A strong aluminium construction, refined rim construction and wider
horns provide improved impact resistance, whilst a redesigned tyre contact
patch offers better lateral support of the tyre.
Available in different sizes 27.5 or 29".
XR 421
Whether going for your fastest lap on your local
cross-country loop or chasing after your friends, you need to know that your
rim will give you confidence when you need it most. The lightweight, asymmetric
rim construction and flatter design ensures you can ride with confidence and
speed lap after lap. With a 28mm inner width, the rim is optimised for tyres up
to 2.7" wide.
