IT Trainee Helpdesk Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Madison's IT team. The role's aim is to ensure smooth running of Madison's business systems by supporting day to day issues raised through our help desk. There will also be lots of projects and upgrades to get involved in.  You will never be bored!

Who you are and what you will be doing?

You’ll have a keen interest in IT, be a good team player and have experience of using Windows 10, Word and Excel. Knowledge or experience of any of the following would be desirable: Databases, HTML, CSS, Powershell, ODBC Reporting, ERP or warehouse systems, Active Directory, Exchange, Server 2016 or above, Virtualisation, Basic understanding of networking.

Your main duties will be to provide 1st line support for IT infrastructure and systems,   responding to help desk tickets, testing of development and upgrades, report creation and maintenance, carry out routine tasks as assigned.
This is a service role and you’ll have excellent communication skills, with good written and spoken English.
