Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for cycling with Telesales or Customer Service experience? Do you have excellent communication skills and a knack for building rapport over the phone? If so, we want YOU to be a part of our growing team working with our Madison and Sportline brands so that we can continue to provide our Dealers with the excellent service we are known for.

Key Responsibilities
• Primarily answering inbound calls from our existing dealer base, which consists of placing orders, checking stock availability and providing technical support for our products.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
What We’re Looking For• Proven experience in telesales, sales, or a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them customers
• Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
