Customer Care Customer Care roles at Madison

Madison is the leading distributor of branded cycle components and accessories, angling and power-sports equipment in the UK. We are currently recruiting for Customer Care Advisors to join our busy Customer Care Team based at Knowlhill, Milton Keynes.

Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a busy Customer Care environment – there is a high volume of calls and emails - and used to dealing with enquiries on stock availability, stock returns, pricing and invoice queries and order deliveries.  However, if you don’t have this experience but can demonstrate these key skills and are keen to play a part in Madison’s success, we would like to hear from you.

You will enjoy working with people, be confident talking to customers on the telephone and enjoy problem solving.  You’ll also have a flexible and helpful attitude and a true desire to resolve problems.

You must be PC literate and familiar with Microsoft Office and have good written and spoken English communication skills.  Training will be provided for our in-house database.

In order to fully support the Customer Services Department, all our Customer Care Advisors are expected to work flexibly as part of the team to provide our customers with the continued excellent service for which we are known for throughout our industry.
