Q. I've not used my lights for nine months and now the battery doesn't work. Why is this?

A. The battery needs to be regularly charged in order to prolong its battery life. it is worth dragging it out the cupboard every now and then to charge over the summer months to prolong the battery life.

Q.How do I take care of my battery?

A. The battery prefers a partial rather than a full discharge. Frequent full discharges should be avoided when possible, instead charge the battery more often and don't leave it dormant for too long.

Q. What size handlebar/seat post do your front/rear lights fit?

A. Using the rubber shims available, you should be able to get your electron lights fitted to practically any bike.

Q. I have lost/broken/had stolen part x from my electron light. Can I get a replacement?
